Class Schedule

  • Classes are held Monday - Thursday depending on the time frame you purchase.
  • Classes are an hour long.

Nutrition Plan & Meal Ideas

  • Meal ideas are offered to help stay on track with fitness goals.
  • Our nutrition plan is custom tailored to every client depending on their goals. Coach Alexya can calculate your macros if requested!

Measurements & Photos

  • Within the first week of the challenge, we will take your measurements to help track progress at the end of the challenge!
  • Transformation photos will also be taken the first week of the challenge to track progress. They are completely optional and private! Transformation photos are only shared after receiving client's consent.

Starting your fitness journey can be scary and overwhelming! Our group fitness classes are designed to uplift and support beginners, as well as provide a safe space for women who are just starting their transformations.
